Pilates for Beginners
If you are a newcomer to Pilates, you will need to complete our 4 week Basic Principles Programme. These classes consist of small groups of novices, which allows individual attention to be given. The key elements are covered, including alignment, which is essential to obtain maximum benefit from this biomechanical form of exercise.

After you have completed the 4 week Basic Principles Programme, you will be able to join one of our mainstream classes that has a vacancy.
NB. For these sessions it is important that you can access the floor safely and without difficulty. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss your requirements further. Specialist and Mobility sections have information that might be useful to you and give you other options to consider.
