Specialist Pilates

As Soft Tissue Therapists and Pilates Practitioners, we are qualified to treat mechanical pain, including lower back pain. We also work with various medical conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, Arthritis, ME, Diabetes and many others. In addition, we specialise in Scoliosis, hypermobility and various joint and spinal conditions.

Initially, you will need a full consultation and assessment following which we will devise a personal remedial programme for your individual needs.

Where possible, we encourage clients to progress into our mobility  or mainstream classes, depending upon ability and safety. It is the client’s choice as to whether one to one may be their preference. We try to make classes affordable and enjoyable and will work with you to deliver that, whatever your condition.
